Training Process Improvement

Point of Action will help you to identify your employee-training program's strengths and weaknesses and develop ways to reduce costs and increase training benefits. Using a three-phase approach, we will complete the following tasks:

  • Perform a needs assessment using interviews, focus groups, survey tools, benchmark data and benefit/cost analyses to identify your internal training program's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop core competencies that help your professionals master the proficiencies that are essential for their career development and your firm's overall growth.  Construct training programs that are aligned with these core competencies.
  • Provide recommendations on how your internal training program can be enhanced by lowering costs and reducing dependence on outside training vendors.
  • Help you to implement these recommendations by, among other things, identifying and training a team of "employee trainers" who will be instrumental in helping you to elevate your current program.
  • Provide action steps and check points to ensure that your internal training goals are being met on time.
  • Evaluate the success of your enhanced internal training program and measure the cost-savings derived from your new training system.
  • Leave you with customized employee trainer manuals and workshop materials to allow your internal training process to become self-sustaining.
