Client Engagement Highlights
Point of Action works
exclusively with local and regional accounting and financial
advisory firms on training and staff development initiatives.
Here are some examples of the type of consulting work we provide
for our clients:

Training
Outsourcing. Berry,
Dunn, McNeil & Parker (BDMP), a Top
100 CPA firm with offices in northern New England, BDMP hired
Point of Action to roll-out the firm's new core competency model

competencies. Frustrated by a high-cost, ad hoc approach to
CPE, where training programs would be recommended without a
clear understanding of their effectiveness and impact on job
performance and productivity, BDMP decided to invest in a multi-phase
consulting project, including strategic training planning and
training outsourcing.
