This September, Point of Action will be delivering a workshop for CPAs on "Coaching & Developing Staff," sponsored by the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA). The session is scheduled for Monday, September 11th.

Who should attend?

Anyone in a supervisory role who is responsible for delivering feedback and drafting evaluation forms for staff; Recommended for Seniors, Managers and Partners.

Course Overview

Point of Action's one-day "Coaching & Developing Staff" workshop will provide an interactive training opportunity to help those in supervisory roles learn how to provide ongoing performance coaching and deliver constructive performance feedback. Using small and large group discussions, customized case studies and self-assessments, this workshop guides participants through a five-step coaching model, beginning with setting performance expectations during the engagement planning process and ending with formal performance feedback.

In addition to "Coaching & Developing Staff," the MSCPA is also sponsoring Point of Action's "Ensuring Client Service Excellence Workshop," scheduled for Tuesday, September 12th.
